THE PROCESS
please review the following custom order steps prior to submitting your request & thus beginning the process of creating your own custom piece of stained glass art made by me! weee!:
once the custom order form is completed & the design fee is submitted, i will get to work on designing your custom piece.
within 3 business days, you should receive an email from designs@eatglass.art with a design mock-up, a cost estimate, anticipated turnaround time, and a link to view photos of possible glass sheets to be used for the design.
within 48 hours after receipt of this email, you may submit payment or request edits and receive an updated invoice and timeline.
*please note that stained glass sheets are all unique and may be different than pictured. also, if custom stained glass sheets are required to be ordered, there may be delays due to the glass not arriving on time. i will notify you with any updates.
once the piece is ready and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
